This upgrade includes the latest security patches, and updates to operating systems and multiple applications across our entire platform.
The expected maintenance window is expected to last 8 hours.
Due to our rolling deployment methods, we are not expecting any significant downtime or service outages, however there is low to medium risk that softphones may be unavailable for short periods. If you are expecting to handle calls overnight during the maintenance window, we recommend logging in with a landline or mobile to minimise the risk of any disruption.
