The issue affecting mobile phone users was acknowledged as a network fault by both BT and EE yesterday. Although BT say the issue is resolved, there still appears to be ongoing instability, as reported by TechRadar today:
We recommend users login with softphones or landlines if they continue to experience difficulties receiving calls or audio as regretably thisn issue falls beyond our ability to influence. Users should monitor service status pages of their mobile network for further updates.
As this is not a Call Handling issue we will be closing this incident.

Monitoring
Following recent reports of call delivery issues to users on mobile phones, we have thoroughly checked and tested our Virtual Contact Centre (VCC) and can confirm that there are no issues with the delivery of calls from our platform.
However, we have received multiple reports of call issues specifically affecting mobile users on the EE, Vodafone, and Three (3) networks. After reviewing information on DownDetector, https://downdetector.co.uk/ it appears that all three networks are currently experiencing a significant spike in reported outages and connectivity problems since approximately 11:30 today, which is still ongoing.
As a workaround, we recommend logging into the VCC using an alternative phone number where possible, such as a landline or softphone, while these mobile network issues persist.
