We are performing significant overnight maintenance across our VCC and Hubbub IP platforms, starting at 22:00 on Thursday 22nd October.
This maintenance includes:
• Updates and upgrades to our IP systems. • A large package of fixes, enhancements, and improvements to our VCC and Control Centre 2 systems. • Database restructuring to support our next generation contact centre and AI systems. • Updates to the security suites used by our web-sites
This maintenance will impact virtually every service we provide to some degree; however, we expect that most clients will be unaffected.
During the maintenance window there is a small risk that:
• Hubbub Softphone users may lose registration • Chat users may see delays in message delivery • AI features may be unavailable for brief windows • Some inbound calls may not be delivered for very brief periods while we rotate service between nodes.
We are not expecting calls or chats to be dropped but there may be very brief periods where service users are unable to connect as we rotate between nodes.
